Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at miseyes.com. We hope you are satisfied with your order, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, Please refer to the following for return and refund procedures.


Prerequisites:

1:Unsend products:

The products have not been sent yet. Customers can contact customer service to cancel the order.

2:Products that have been sent but are still on the way:

if the customer cancels, the product that has been sent cannot be cancelled. If canceled, the customer needs to send the product back after receiving the product. After receiving the product, the revised order can be canceled. The shipping costs incurred during transportation shall be borne by the customer.

3:Cancel after product has been received
1. The product must be brand new and does not affect secondary sales.
2. Besides quality reasons, return shipping fees are at your own expense.
3. For any product that is obviously defective or damaged due to our fault, we provide a full refund.
4.Please do not send your returns to the address on your package. It is not the return address and will affect the return process.
5. After-sales time, within 7 working days after receiving the goods, do not process beyond the time

Return and refund steps:

1. Prepare the original product. order number. Reasons for each return/exchange item(for quality issue please attach pictures)
2. Contact service@miseyes.com and provide the above information to apply for a refund or exchange.
3. Get authorization from customer service and ship the parcel back to address provided (Please keep the return receipt).
4. Your request will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the return.

Refund time:

1. Refund if not shipped, refund within 3 working days
2. Refund and return, after receiving the return, the refund will be processed within 3 working days

Notes:

1. Please keep the original packaging and all information as evidence for us to confirm your item.
2. The product should be unused, undamaged, and original packaging.
