Return/Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at miseyes.com. We hope you are happy with your order, but in case you are not 100% satisfied, please refer to the return and refund procedures below.

Prerequisites:

1: Cancel the dispatch of products:

The product has not been dispatched yet. Customers can contact customer service to cancel the order. Once dispatched, only returns or exchanges can be processed.

2: Products that have been dispatched but are still on the way:

Products that have been dispatched cannot be canceled. Customers can apply for a return refund. Customers need to send the product back after receiving it. The shipping costs incurred during transportation are borne by the customer. If the package is lost or not delivered due to the customer's wrong address, the customer will bear the loss.

3: Returns and refunds after receiving the product
1. Customized shoes cannot be returned
2. The product must be brand new and will not affect secondary sales.
3. Except for quality reasons, the return shipping cost is borne by you.  For any obviously defective products, we will refund in full
4. Please do not send returns to the address on the package, which is not the return address and will affect the return process.
5. After-sales time: within 7 working days after receipt, no processing after the time limit
6. If the size is not suitable, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customerr

Return and refund steps:

1. Prepare the original product. Order number. Reason for each return/exchange (please attach pictures for quality issues)

2. Contact service@miseyes.com and provide the above information to apply for a refund or exchange.

3. Obtain customer service authorization and send the package back to the address provided (please keep the receipt).

4. We will process your request within 3 working days after receiving the return.

Refund time:

1. Refund for non-delivery, refund within 3 working days

2. Refund return, refund within 3 working days after receiving the return

Notes:

1. Please keep the original packaging and all information as evidence for us to confirm your item.

2. The product should be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

Please be sure to contact us in advance (service@miseyes.com), we will not accept any returns without prior notice.
